Join us for our 85th Anniversary season!

The Sheboygan Theatre Company is proud to announce the line-up for its 85th season in 2018-2019. For our 85th, It’s a Woman’s World! All four Mainstage shows feature strong and independent female leads. The Mainstage season will begin in October with Evita, the biographical rock opera about the life of Eva Peron from Andrew Lloyd Webber (Phantom of the Opera, Jesus Christ Superstar). In December, STC will return to a holiday show selection with Miracle on 34th Street the Musical, a musical version of everyone’s favorite film from the creator of The Music Man, then follow that up in February of 2019 with the hilarious show biz farce Moon Over Buffalo. The company will close out its anniversary season with The Wizard of Oz, in one of the biggest shows ever to hit the Leslie W. Johnson stage. The season closer is also the only title in the season that STC has done before; all of the other Mainstage productions are premieres to the company.

STC’s second stage, Studio Players, will revive its annual production of The Rocky Horror Show Live, and follow that up in the spring of 2019 with the powerful play columbinus, a mixture of fact and fiction based on the Columbine shootings twenty years ago. STC Kids’ Theatre will return in the spring as well with a title to be announced soon.

Season tickets are now on sale and are available by calling 920.459.3779 or by visiting the company’s administrative offices at the Community Recreation Department (607 S. Water St.). Subscribers can save 25% – 35% off of the regular ticket price by obtaining a season ticket. STC’s 85th will again be sponsored by generous support from Acuity. Join us for our 85th year of bringing quality theatre to Sheboygan!
