Music Thru the Seasons 81st Season Sheboygan Theatre Company

In the Wings:

Put your money where your ear is, Part 2! The Sequel!

Check out our fundraising project for the renovation of our aging sound system here! We’re endeavoring to raise $5000 by May 31st in three separate campaigns, and STC will meet whatever we raise to double-down on your investment! We’ve already met our first goal of $1500 by February 21st, exceeding it by almost $1000. Help us reach our new goal of another $1500 by April 29th! If we’re able to raise a total of $4k by the end of the second campaign, we’ll nix the third Kickstarter, “NPR”-style. We can do this!

Music Through the Seasons!

STC cordially invites you to a night of beautiful music starring some of our best performers! Join us for our annual spring fundraiser, Music Through the Seasons, March 25th & 26th at North High School! It will be a night of some of Broadway’s best offerings, benefitting the Sheboygan Theatre Company!

Come audition for The Sound of Music!

Auditions will be March 30th and 31st starting at 6 p.m. in the Leslie W. Johnson Theatre. The artistic team has asked performers to prepare 32 bars (measures) of a song in the style of the show, preferably not from The Sound of Music. We often suggest something like a piece from another Rodgers & Hammerstein musical (i.e., The King and I, Carousel, South Pacific, etc.) or one of their contemporaries (examples: Lerner & Lowe, who wrote My Fair Lady, Brigadoon, and Camelot, Meredith Wilson, who wrote The Music Man, etc.). We’ll be hearing auditions for actors aged 5 and up; please check out our Audition page for information on the available roles!

Yankee Tavern by Steven Dietz!

Please join us for the Studio Players production of Yankee Tavern, running at the Paradigm Annex Theatre April 9th – 11th. Just when you thought you’d heard every crazy 9/11 conspiracy theory, a stranger walks into the Yankee Tavern. There, inside the walls of this crumbling New York tavern, a young couple finds themselves caught up in what might be the biggest conspiracy of all.

The Sheboygan Theatre Company’s mission is to produce quality community theatre involving diverse participants and audiences in a broad range of theatrical opportunities that entertain and educate. Join us for one of our upcoming shows, or get involved by finding a way to volunteer, be it on-stage, backstage, or one of many other ways. We’d love for you to join us!
